Transferrable Skills: Leadership and Management Skills

The course will be held by Prof. Dr. Eric Kearney who has been Professor of Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management at the University of Potsdam since April, 2014.

– How can leaders foster satisfaction, motivation, and performance?
– How can leaders adapt their approach to different followers?
– How can leaders foster synergistic cooperation in teams?
